Aloysius Ejimakor, a Washington DC-based attorney and strident supporter of Maurice Iwu, fraudulent chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), is suspended from the practice of law before the United States Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Our investigations revealed that Ejimakor’s suspension took effect in 2004. “Aloysius must have kept this a closely guarded secret,” said an INEC official close to Iwu. “Or perhaps Professor Iwu knew all along but decided to use Aloysius as his defender in America,” the official added.

Mr. Ejimakor has written numerous press releases championing Iwu, an electoral umpire reputed to have presided over the most fraudulent elections in Nigeria’s history.
Mr. Ejimakor’s suspension bars him from representing himself as an attorney – unless the suspension was lifted. In apparent violation of that order, he has identified himself as an attorney in his pro-Iwu dispatches published in www.nigeriavillagesquare.com, major Nigerian newspapers and other websites.
Another Nigerian-born attorney said position and combated other Nigerians who condemned the fraudulent electoral empire.

In our checks with the US Justice Department -April 22, 2009 LIST OF CURRENTLY DISCIPLINED PRACTITIONERS- Ejimakor’s status remains “suspended.”
A source in DC who knows Ejimakor well said the suspended attorney has been spending a good deal of time in Nigeria. The source said he had heard rumors that Ejimakor nurses political ambitions and is counting on Iwu to catapult him into office. The source said Ejimakor was reportedly eyeing a seat in the House of Representatives or Senate come 2011.
A US Justice Department document (see below) shows that Ejimakor’s suspension was tied to his misrepresentation of himself as an attorney.�
