The court of appeal adjudicating on elections matters in Ekiti State this morning tossed out Senator Adefemi Kila.
The thuggish politician was arrested by the Nigerian police with about 10 pump action rifles in the last controversial election in Ekiti State. He has been replaced with the Action Congress candidate, Bode Ola as the bonafide senator at the National Assembly.
