A Lagos High Court which jailed PDP chieftain, Chief Olabode George, two weeks ago for mismanaging N85 billion of Nigerian Port Authority funds, today refused his application seeking bail pending his appeal.
Justice Olubunmi Oyewole, who is being hailed by Nigerians worldwide for his courageous judgment, refused to grant George bail in deference to the application brought by the EFCC strongly opposing his bail.
