Saharareporters can now confirm the removal of Nigeria's controversial attorney general and minister of justice, Michael Aondoakaa. In a minor cabinet reshuffle today the notoriously corrupt minister was moved to act as a minister for "Special Duties" while Kayode Adetokumbo (SAN) would now replaces him as AGF.

Aondoakaa was earlier completely removed from office by "Acting President" Goodluck Jonathan; however, forces loyal to ailing president Yar'Adua mobilized against his removal and have possibilty caused the decision to be reversed leading to the move to have have remain in the cabinet in a minor role.
