He hold people of religion other than Islam and those who come from other parts of Nigeria with disdain leading to the lopsided recruitments in the Board. It was as a result of that that the House Committee on Federal Character is going to quiz him tomorrow Tuesday February 16, 2010 in Abuja.
Going to his third term project, he has bribed Chairmen of Senate and House Committees on Education, Members of the NBTE Governing Board, Federal Ministry of Education officials including the two ministers with amount running into millions of naira. He has arranged a special emergency meeting of the NBTE Governing Board in Abujan Thursday February 18,2010 to endorse him for third term. This is the first time the NBTE Governing will hold meeting outside Kaduna, the NBTE headquarters.
