COSEG REJECTS JUGDMENT, HAILS FAYEMI’S DOGGEDNESS

The Coalition of Oodua Sell Determination Groups,(COSEG)rejected the judgment of the ekiti state election petitions tribunal which threw the petition of doctor kayode fayemi of the action congress(AC)out, describing the judgment as another “sad day” for democracy.

In a statement by the duo of it chairman,Dayo ogunlana and gbenga soloki its director of media and publicity stated that with this judgment, it has shown that the Jonathan good lucky led federal government will do everything humanly possible not to see loose any other state, since he was the one that supervised the rigging in ekiti state last year.

According to COSEG “we’ve suspected such will happen, and that Mr. Acting president will intervene and ensure that the election that is supervised is not thrown out. it is on this note that we want to warn the acting president not to meddle into other arms of government.

This judgment can not represent the true position of the unfortunate incident of last year, where elections were rigged in favors of the P.D.P.
The group how ever applauded the candidate of the action congress(AC) Doctor Kayode Fayemi  for his doggedness and abiding faith in the judiciary, even in the face of intimidation by agent of the PDP.
