The Nigeria People’s Parliament in Diaspora (NPPID) has announced its 2nd Parliamentary session, which will convene in New York on Saturday, June 12, 2010.
Throwing its invitation open to Nigerians, it said, “At this critical stage in the struggle to achieve genuine democracy as well as meaningful economic and social development in Nigeria, we have a duty to participate in the process of generating solutions to our country’s seemingly intractable problems.”
The event, which will begin at 12 noon, will take place in East Elmhurst, New York, at the Bailey Theater of the LaGuardia Crowne Plaza hotel.

May 17th 2010, New York, NY: Nigerians are invited to the 2nd session of the Nigeria Peoples' Parliament In Diaspora (NPPID) to be held on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at the Bailey Theater of the LaGuardia Crowne Plaza Hotel in New York. The session will commence promptly at 12 p.m.
