You cannot fail to notice that Ms. Ogar wore no protective gears, not even hand gloves to protect herself against germs and pests that could potentially be dangerous to public health.
To make this worse she is standing behind a vehicle from which an "undetonated bomb" was reportedly found. Makes you wonder!
