We have just uncovered plans by Nigerian security agents to eliminate or arrest Chief Great Ogboru, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party and Col. Tony Nyiam, his friend and adviser. The idea is to eliminate the two in order to stem the anticipated people’s uprising against the rigged governorship election in the state.

Tony Nyiam, his friend and adviser. The idea is to eliminate the two in order to stem the anticipated people’s uprising against the rigged governorship election in the state.
There are also plans to arrest other close aides of Chief Ogboru the acclaimed winner of the election to forestall what they regard as a plot by the candidate to make the state ungovernable. The security agency’s plan was informed by the fast spreading but sporadic protests against the rigged outcome of the election. Such peaceful protests have taken place in Asaba, Ughelli and Warri.
Deltans have been protesting across the state against the fraudulent announcement of Emmanuel Uduaghan as the winner of the election. Despite Chief Ogboru’s pleas for calm, many aggrieved Deltans have taken to the streets demanding the cancellation of results in some parts of the state and they are also calling for Ogboru to be declared winner of the April 26 governorship election in Delta State.
