Another explosion has been recorded at Zuba International Market near Abuja killing one and injuring 10 others.
According to a victim , Adoga Stephen, the explosion occured around 8. 00 PM Nigerian time yesterday at a popular drinking joint in Zuba.
"I am a barman at the joint as I was serving drinks to our customers I just heard a loud bang and when I look up it was fire and smoke everywhere.
The force of the explosion threw me up and when I landed on the ground I discovered I couldn't move. "
Stephen sustained lots of injuries.
Security agents cordoned off the scene of the blast this morning when our reporters visited.
A divisional head of the civil defense corps, Abbas Mohammed, told reporters that one person died in the incident as the blast chopped off one of his legs and medics were not available to render immediate assistance to the victims.
Most victims were later rushed to the Diamond Crest Hospital and Living Rock Hospital and Maternity in the area.
