A Few Words Of Encouragement For #OCCUPYNIGERIA

January 5, 2012

At long last, the oppressed people of Nigeria have arisen and decided to take their destiny into their own hands.

At long last OccupyNigeria has landed in 9ja.

At long last the masses fed up of being rapped continuously have decided to fight back and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

As Rousseau said centuries ago, when the social contract has been broken, the people will revolt. The social contract with the Nigerian people was broken on 1 Jan 2012 when the Badluck, sorry I mean Goodluck, administration decided to remove the fuel subsidy - thereby potentially plunging millions of hard working Nigerians into the abysses of poverty and hopelessness.

Our prayers are with the family of Muyideen Mustapha, who was tragically killed by the butchers of the Badluck adminstration. Badluck and his ilk can kill a man, but they cannot kill the ideal that Muyideen died for.

At long last, change is coming to Nigeria.

Viva Nigeria, Viva Africa
