Former Minister Oby Ezekwesili spoke today at a citizens’ forum held in the open at the Marina area in Lagos. Ms. Ezekwesili, who has emerged as a leading advocate for accountable leadership in Nigeria, stressed citizen engagement as the key to ensuring that any government works for its people.
