Dr. Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan, GCFR, diagnosed the Liberian man who brought Ebola to Nigeria and declared him, “a crazy man.” Next, he commissioned the magic wand, a dispenser… and pleased with the protection it guaranteed, he fired 16,000 resident doctors at federal hospitals.
