A young man has been shot and killed in Plateau State while attempting to steal a ballot box.
This incident occurred in the Plateau North Senatorial district, at the Ali Kazaure ward in Jos, which is the home of the the PDP Governorship candidate, Senator Gyang Pwajok.
The alleged thief was shot in the back by police and died on the scene.
The police officer who killed him was from Sector 1B and on assignment at PU38 in Ali Kazaure Ward, Jos North LGA.
