Today, Mr. Frank Ogwu, C.E.O, Blacksnipe Record has held an Executive meeting with some of it's Label Team involving Mr. Cyril Ogwu (Label Manager/A&R), Mr. Possibility Chukwuemeke (Project Manager) and Mr. Justice Omorodion (HR Manager) to move the African Entertainment Industry world-wide. During the official meeting, he revealed that Blacksnipe Records label will coincide with the artistic publication of African Artists, and aim at allowing artists the freedom and much needed space to grow into the performers they desire to be. The C.E.O, Frank Ogwu was recently quoted in a recent Interview with newsmen, He says; "I'm excited to be a part of creating and supporting the future career of African Artists, promoting love and finding new talents to help the world." He continued, "We are going to be as involved as we need to be, but we also want to be respectful of the art and give artists the platform they need to grow and become themselves, and we hope to begin
releasing material as soon as possible, beginning with a compilation album featuring the likes of great African Star Artists." Based on the discussions from the Executive team, the business affairs of Blacksnipe Records shall as well include; advice on contract negotiation and help young talented Artists in finding suitable legal representation where needed, assist select labels and artists in the Synchronization of music in movies, TV, commercials and games via our direct relationships with music supervisors, licensing music for compilations via key record company and special markets outlets, representing catalogs for collection of digital performance royalties and as well, assist both labels and artists to put together a marketing plan for their project,
including targets and budgets, and help manage the process throughout the release cycle. Blacksnipe Records plans also to put together a customized International marketing team to execute this plan to assist in strategizing and finding appropriate marketing firms to handle each release.
