Nigeria, A country where God lives yet we have loads of problem. A country which is blessed all thru the 36 states and the FCT. A Country which has no business being poor yet she is so poor. A country which has been serially raped from independence till date. Nigeria a country filled with intellects yet those who presides over our affairs re clowns. Fast-forward the (1979-1983) we had a clueless Govt headed by Alhaji Shehu Shagari,who Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo rigged in to power. This man ran Nigeria aground, poverty was at its highest and debts was flying all over despite the fact, then came in Young and Energetic Gen Muhammadu Buhari (1983-1985 ) on a rescue mission to sanitize the madness Shagari brought upon us. Unfortunately corruption fought back and he was overthrown by the man that established corruption and impunity as our birth right, the man himself is Gen Babangida A.KA Maradona (1985-1993) Gen Babangida destroyed every facet which Gen Buhari has put in place in the short time he presided over Nigeria, Babangida invented all for of terrible norms which killed our economy. As usual Babangida in his usual evasive way wanted to hang on to power for life but the Nigeria masses revolted and this man annulled the most peaceful and the fairest election this country has witnessed till date, Babangida eventually installed Chief Ernest Shonekan (1993-1993) to head the interim govt. Not too long a despot struck he was ruthless he killed anything on sight, he stole with calumny he was no respecter of any man. Any one that dared him was locked up or sent to the world beyond. The likes of Gen. Obasanjo and Gen Yara dua where locked up. Gen Yardua eventually died in custody while General Obasanjo a man of destiny lived. The man is Gen Sani Abacha (1993-1998) As usual God came to our rescue Abacha died in a controversial circumstance and the man who he jailed the acclaimed winner of June 12 election also died in a circumstance that remains a mystery. In my own dictionary Chief MKO Abiola was sacrificed for Nigeria to be one. Enter Gen. Abdulsalam, he spent 9months (1998-1999) and handed over power to a man of destiny Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo (1999-2007), because he returned Nigeria back to democracy his govt was not probed. Obasanjo presided over Nigeria for 8yrs. We adjusted our position a bit,things improved a bit but the major highlight of his administration was the clearing of our massive debts and the revamping on the telecoms industry. Obasanjo swelled our reserve despite the fact that oil prices was low. He set the tone to fix our power. His term ended. Obasanjo once again rigged Shehu Musa Yaradua (2007-2010) into power but he was shut out of the corridors of power. Yaradua laid the foundation of the destruction of Nigeria finally, he was ill advised by some rogues who took advantage of his frail nature, he gave the keys of our treasury to James Ibori former Gov of Delta state. Who ran riot over our commonwealth. Yaradua started reversing all OBJ policies which he could have continued with. Yaradua was sick all thru his three year as president hence he couldn’t muster any challenge to those who were hell bent on undermining his govt. Death eventually struck and in comes the master of all looters, A port Harcourt Degree holder(PHD) DR. Ebele Jonathan (2010-2015), Obasanjo once again with his negative deed rigs Jonathan into power via a fraudulent election. Dr Ebele Jonathan AKA (GEJ) as he is fondly called revesed back to the dark days of abacha, he was worse than abacha, he stole all our treasury those left by Obasanjo and Yaradua combined. His action led to the menace called boko haram they grew in strength and might they took over Nigeria killed over 17000 Nigerians,soldiers inclusive. Jonathan looted every facet of Nigeria. He was on the prowl he inserted all his hand in the cookie jar. He looted us to ground zero. Obasanjo couldn’t take it any longer he started throwing jibes he brought Jonathan’s Govt to the international community notice. He saw his mistake and he knew he had to find a solution to stop Jonathan or Nigeria would cease to exist. He teamed up with the greatest mobilizer and poacher of brains this country has produced till date the one and only Asiwaju Tinubu. Tinubu knew that only one person can rescue Nigeria and that person is MUHAMMADU BUHARI. 2015 till date Tinubu deployed his arsenal of change and buhari was the face.
