This answer i get is no, because if they do, they will not come up with such an idea. I have met an old man in a banking hall, who queued for 3 hours just to cash N1,000 that is left in his bank account. So the government still want to take from such people? The masses are poor and i think the government should be thinking of how to give them money rather than thinking of how to take money from them.

I will simply implore the government to apply such charges on the rich, the charges can be effected on customers recieving up to 200,000 or more. If the government can not help the poor, they shouldnt add to their problem. I am not saying this because i dont like the  Buhari Led Government, infact i voted for him and i support him to the core. But when the government take a wrong decision,it is good we let them know. God bless Nigeria.
