Attorneys of Mr. Chudi Ejekam have served the publishers of Premium Herald a legal notice over a story published on their website about the Tata George’s Real Estate Fraud Scheme in the Trump Soho Manhattan project which their client was mentioned.

According to court findings, Chudi Ejekam was listed among others involved in a 1 Billion dollar fraud in the United States of America during the period of his work with Bayrock.

TheRealDeal.com had reported that Ejakam never responded to the matter, but finally, he broke the silence through a letter served Premium Herald Group by his Attorney Edward Ekiyor & Co.

After leaving Bayrock, Ejekam was named co-plaintiff in Jody Kriss’ lawsuit against the firm, and he Ejekam had relocated to Nigeria.

Premiumherald.com published the story of the scam on May 12th, 2016 which triggered the response from Ejekam’s Lawyer. Developments on the matter will be brought to you as it unfolds.
