SaharaReporters has obtained the official "Guidelines for Primary Dealership in Foreign Exchange Products" from the Central Bank of Nigeria. This set of guidelines follows the release of the full text of the CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele's speech explaining changes in Nigeria's foreign exchange regime.
These significant policy changes effectively devalue the naira compared to the US dollar.
