67 People Injured In Madagali Market Blast In Adamawa State, NEMA Says

Sixty-seven were injured in a blast that occurred at Madagali Market in Adamawa on Friday morning, the National Emergency Management Agency reported

Datti said the victims had been evacuated to Michika General Hospital for treatment.

He also said the number of the dead had not been confirmed, and that further details would be made available in updates later.

The NEMA Coordinator in Adamawa, Mr Sa’ad Bello, had confirmed the occurrence of two blasts in the market earlier.
