Boko Haram Kills 3, Abducts Scores Near Chibok

No fewer than three civilians were, on Friday night, killed by Boko Haram in an attack on Kaye near Gumisiri village in Damboa Local Government Area of Borno, where terrorists razed down the village and abducted scores of villagers, including three women.

A local hunter, Abu Damboa, told SaharaReporters that the terrorists arrived at about 10 pm, setting homes on fire.

Damboa also told SaharaReporters that Kaye is close to  Chibok, where Boko Haram abducted over 200 schoolgirls about three years ago.

"They rode on bicycles to attack us. Three persons were killed, and as I am speaking to you, scores are missing. We have searched for them up to Gumsiri, but we did not see them. The whole village was burnt down completely even our livestock was not spared. I appeal to Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General TY Buratai, to send more troops Damboa Local Government Area," Damboa said.
