14 Year Old Hausa Hip Hop Singer Dies In Kano

Lil Ameer, also known as "Dan Autan Mawakan Hip Hop", who is a Kano-based up and coming Hausa Hip Hop singer, has died in an auto crash.

Lil Ameer, also known as "Dan Autan Mawakan Hip Hop", who is a Kano-based up and coming Hausa Hip Hop singer, has died in an auto crash.

Ameer was hit by car while on a motorcycle that was carrying him along the Western By-pass in Kano and died on Thursday.  

His mother confirmed the incident to reporters and said he would be buried in Kano on Friday. 

Lil Ameer's music career began at just the age of 12, and he sang many songs for both audio and videos.

Some of his most popular songs include "Kai Matsa Mana", "Dance For Me", "I Am A Champion", "Ilimin Boko da na Addinin Musulunci", and many others.

Adam A. Zango eulogized Lil Ameer on his Facebook page and prayed for his soul.
