Mohammed was sworn in as the acting CJN last Friday, after President Muhammadu Buhari suspended Walter Onnoghen as CJN.

Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed, the acting Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), on Monday presided over a five-man panel at the resumed sitting of the Supreme Court in Abuja.

Mohammed was sworn in as the acting CJN on Friday, after President Muhammadu Buhari suspended Walter Onnoghen as CJN.

Other members of the panel are Justice Amiru Sanusi, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, Justice Mary Peter-Odili and Justice Paul Galinje.

On the Supreme Court website, though, Onnoghen is still pictured as the CJN.
