Staff of the Central Bank of Nigeria on Monday expressed their gratitude for the report and audio that exposed the financial impropriety of Godwin Emefiele, governor of the bank and other top managers at the CBN.
One official who spoke to SaharaReporters said the office was on lockdown and tension palpable as people discussed the audio which he said was the least of brazen financial crimes carried out in the bank.
