The Emir of Jama'are in Bauchi State, Ahmadu Muhammad Wabi III, has died, SaharaReporters has learnt.

He said, "The Emir, who has ruled for over 50 years died after a protracted illness; leaving behind two wives, 35 children and several grandchildren."
