Bandits Strike Along Abuja-Kaduna Expressway Again, Kill Six Suleja Barracks Soldiers, Injure Others

SaharaReporters gathered that the military personnel were from Zuma Barracks, Suleja.

 

They were said to be responding to a distress call when the armed militants opened fire on their vehicles.

 

The incident comes a few hours after terrorists bombed the Abuja-Kaduna rail tracks and attacked a train filled with passengers.

 

There were at least 970 passengers on board the train, according to sources familiar with the train service.

Eight persons on the train have been confirmed dead.
