The Sowore Political Action Committee (SPAC) has released details of financial transactions made to support the campaign of presidential aspirant, Omoyele Sowore, for the month of April.
The Committee, in a short public notice issued by Damian Ugwu, explained that its duty as a Political Action Committee is to help in raising money privately to influence elections or legislation, particularly at the federal level.
SPAC, which described Sowore as a man of conscience and uncommon courage, said each member of the group is required to donate between N50,000 and N1 million monthly.
The transaction details sent to SaharaReporters on Monday showed that the total amount of payment for the month of April was N1,921,101.02 out of which N900, 000 was spent on posters; N660, 000 on T-shirts and N220, 000 on bus hire.
Other expenses include N85, 000 on welfare; N50, 000 on maintenance and N6, 101.02 on charges.
