Bauchi PDP Governor, Bala Mohammed Suspends Polytechnic Employee For Allegedly Posting APC Candidate On WhatsApp Status

Sources told SaharaReporters that Kashim was suspended for allegedly posting the picture of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in the 2023 election, Marshal Saddique Baba Abubakar (rtd) on his WhatsApp status.

The Bauchi State Government has suspended Rallatu Moh’d Kashim, a staff member of Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic, Bauchi.

 

Sources told SaharaReporters that Kashim was suspended for allegedly posting the picture of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in the 2023 election, Marshal Saddique Baba Abubakar (rtd) on his WhatsApp status.

“She was suspended for posting the picture of APC guber candidate, former Air Force chief, Sadiq Abubakar on her status,” one of the sources told SaharaReporters.

 

“The instruction to have her suspended came from the Bauchi State governor (Bala Mohammed) through the Secretary to the State Government.

 

“So, the school is acting on the instruction passed by the governor through the SSG.”

 

Her letter of suspension dated June 14 and signed by the registrar of institution, Abdulahi Adamu read, “Following the suspension from the duty of the Polytechnic which directly affects all other duties. I have directed to further suspend you from the duties of Deputy General Manager (Operations) of the ATAP CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD with immediate effects.

 

“You are to hand over all properties of the Company in you possession to the General Manager of the Company and vacate your office. Rallatu Moh’d Kashim, School of Science and Technology.

 

“I’m directed to refer to the query issued to you on Thursday, 9th June, 2022 and your subsequent reply dated 10th June, 2022. However, your reply to the query and the excuses expressed therein were not accepted.”
