IPOB Vows To Release Names Of Those Allegedly Working With Nigerian Soldiers To Abduct, Kill Innocent People In Abia

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) says it will soon release the names of those colluding with the Nigerian military to allegedly abduct and kill innocent people in Asaga, Amangwu and other places in the Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia State. 

 

IPOB through its Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful also asked members of the group in these communities to follow directives only from its Director of States and the leadership of the movement.

 

A statement sent to SaharaReporters by the separatist group on Sunday, read, “The people of Asaga and IPOB members in Ohafia and the environs should abide by these directives from IPOB leadership until further notice. 

 

“We don't want any further disturbance to the above-mentioned names per the happenings in Asaga Ohafia LGA Abia.

 

“We are very sure that IPOB members do always obey command and control however, we warn a few pockets of criminals in Amangwu to stop harassing these people mentioned in our previous press release or we handle them in our own ways.

 

“We will soon release the names of those who are colluding with Nigeria military in abducting and killing our people in Asaga, Amangwu and other places in Ohafia LGA Abia State.”
