The Nigeria’s presidential election is to hold on February 25.
Popular Nigerian humour merchant, Ayo Makun, fondly known as AY, will on Thursday host the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, Omoyele Sowore, in a live show.
The live “question and answer” session with Sowore, is to be aired across all the comedian’s social media pages and will begin at 7pm on January 26.
Sharing the poster of the event on Instagram, he said, “In line with so many people requesting for us to extend our open invitation posted here on January 6th to other candidates, i want you all to know that we shall be going live with @yelesho tomorrow.
“This initiative is designed to ensure a more transparent democracy for everyone to be well informed and actively involved in leadership choices and decision-making.
“The LIVE is hosted by @AYCOMEDIAN (across my Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube with over 23 Million followers.) Date: Thursday 26th January, 2023. Time: 7pm”
Confirming his attendance, the AAC presidential candidate said, “Will be on AY COMEDIAN tomorrow at 7pm for a Q&A. Don’t miss it.”

Sowore is contesting against Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), among others.
