The first-class traditional ruler in the Northwestern part of Nigeria reportedly died on Tuesday.
The Emir of Dutse, Dr Nuhu Muhammadu Sanusi, is dead.
The first-class traditional ruler in the Northwestern part of Nigeria reportedly died on Tuesday.
Sanusi was born in 1945 at Yargaba village in Dutse, the capital of Jigawa State.
The late monarch attended Dutse Elementary School from 1952 to 1956.
He later attended Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria where he obtained a National Certificate in Education (NCE). The late monarch also had a BSc and a master of Arts in International Business from Ohio University, US.
He earned a Postgraduate diploma in Project Planning and Analysis from Bradford University in the UK and was a recipient of an honorary PhD from the University of Technology in Owerri, Imo State, Southeast Nigeria.
The deceased was also a former Chancellor of Sokoto State University.
