Nigerian Stars Burna Boy, Tems, Rema To Perform At NBA All-Stars

For the upcoming 2023 All-Star Game halftime show, the National Basketball Association (NBA) has chosen Nigeria’s Burna Boy, Tems, and Rema to lead an Afrobeats-themed performance on February 19, Sunday night in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Post Malone will also grace the show with a medley of hits while Jewel will perform the National Anthem. Fast and Furious star Vin Diesel will lead the player introductions for the newly named NBA All-Stars.

The NBA All-star game in Utah is expected to be watched on TV by millions of people.

In 2022, DJ Khaled performed at the halftime show alongside Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Mary J. Blige, Migos, Gunna, and Lil Baby.

NBA Communications (@NBAPR) tweeted on Wednesday, “GRAMMY® Award-winning singer, songwriter and record producer @burnaboy, 2023 GRAMMY Award-winning singer and Oscar-nominated singer and producer @temsbaby and rapper and singer @heisrema will headline the NBA All-Star Game 2023 halftime show with an Afrobeats-themed performance.”
