Prof. Yakubu at the meeting held at the INEC headquarters in Abuja, assured Nigerians that the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) would be deployed for the elections.
The INEC boss said that the BVAS machines would be used for the elections, though the devices were being worked on to avoid a repeat of the glitches recorded on Saturday February 25, 2023 presidential and National Assembly elections.
