The party lost in Ugwuanyi’s local government area, Udenu to the Labour Party in the governorship in the state.
Ugwuanyi and the deputy governorship candidate of the PDP, Ifeanyi Ossia come from the same Udenu LGA.
According to the results announced by INEC on Sunday, the PDP polled 10,148 votes while the Labour Party got 11,315 votes.
