The former student leader alleged that the governor's aide vowed to end his life and his family members’ lives.

He accused Adeyemi of using cult members to roam about tertiary institutions, beating, harassing and attacking whoever doesn’t accept his instructions. According to him, there is an endless list of student stakeholders and leaders who have been intimidated and harassed in the name of Governor Abiodun.

Olasunkanmi questioned the governor for claiming to be peace-loving when his special assistant on student matters “operates a killer squad in the state”.

He challenged the governor to back his words with action.

The statement reads in part, "In the last 4 years, Since the emergence of his Excellency, Governor Dapo Abiodun MFR, the Governor has stated clearly at various campaigns and meetings with stakeholders in the state about his firm stand against cultism in the state, but it’s time for Governor to walk the talk.

"It’s no news that the Special Assistant to the Governor on Student Matters, Comrade Adeyemi Azeez Amoo, who got his name and fame through the student structure in Ogun state, has been using the same instrument that the Governor publicly speaks against to terrorize the same community that made him.

"Adeyemi for the past 4 years has turned the affairs of students in Ogun state to the ‘King Image in Babylon’ in the book of Daniel Chapter 3 where you either have two options, you bow to the image or you’re thrown into the fiery furnace.

"And what is the fiery furnace Adeyemi is using in Ogun state? Cultists! Who roam about tertiary institutions, beating, harassing and attacking whoever doesn’t accept the instruction of their SA. And in their defence, ‘it’s on the order of the Governor’.

"There’s an endless list of student stakeholders and leaders that he has been intimidating and harassing in the name of the Governor.

"We could recall sometime last year this same Special Assistant to Governor Abiodun also kidnapped a student leader from OOU, maimed and assaulted him to stupor. His name is Com Samrich.

"Earlier last year, he abducted Comrade BeeCOOL of TASCE NANS Welfare as then was beaten and taunted (sic).

"He will publicly declare to everyone that 'Dapo Abiodun is my father, I can kill anyone.'

"Video and pictorial evidence of how he nearly ended my life yesterday is attached to this write-up.”

He continued, "Severally, he has boasted about having the Nigeria Police in Ogun State in his pocket, telling people that the Police cannot arrest him because he is indirectly their paymaster and they believed he was sent by the Governor to draw the blood of his opponents.

"No Government in the past has gone so low to appoint a no-certificate fellow as an aide.”

"On daily news, Ogun State keeps taking the lead in crime zone but the Governor said he has declared cultism and thuggery as terrorism, whereas the headquarters of bad boys are in the legislative quarters where the S.A resides.

"I hereby challenge Governor Dapo Abiodun, Special Assistant on Students matter to the public court.

"He is Adeyemi Azeez Amoo. He has promised to end my life and my family. Save my soul, dear good people of Ogun State and Nigeria at large.

"My name is Olasunkanmi Stainless and as a stakeholder in this state, I challenge the Governor to walk his talk in his public campaign against cultism or leave the rest of us in the state to imagine that there’s someone in this state that is bigger than the Governor," he added.
