Exempting Governor Seyi Mankide of Oyo State who won his second term election, Sowore said that the immediate past PDP governors – Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State, Samuel Ortom of Benue State and Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State had degraded from powerful G-5 governors to “perforated G-String ex-governors.”

The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore, has said that the so-called G-5 governors of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have moved from G-5 governors to “G-String hustlers united.”
Sowore wrote on his Twitter handle, “From G-5 to G-String: Hustlers United! From so-called Powerful “G-5” Governors to Perforated G-String Ex-Governors (except for Makinde who is still a serving governor).
“The hustle is real. Gov Nyesom Ezenwo Wike - CON (who couldn’t button his suit properly) is now dealing with the reality of his wicked and corrupt existence, just like the ex-Abia Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu “Isi-Slippers” and that loudspeaker and Mr. Do-Nothing from Benue, @Samuel Ortom who used “Fulani” as an excuse to never get anything done, not even salaries of his workers. Like the Bourbons of France, “They had learned nothing and forgotten nothing.”

Recall that the G-5 governors during the general elections refused to work for their political party and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, as they demanded and insisted on the resignation of the party’s national chairman, Senator Iyorchia Ayu.
SaharaReporters had reported that President Bola Tinubu on Friday evening met with Wike, former governor of Delta State, James Ibori, and the Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, at the State House, Abuja.
Again earlier this week, the president met with the PDP governor and former governors, confirming speculations that the former governors were desperate to secure appointments from the new administration with Ortom and Ikpeazu failing to win their senatorial elections.
