This is in memory of the beloved late Prince Tajudeen Oladapo Odofin, a former commissioner of finance of Lagos State under Captain Gbolahan Mudashiru’s administration from 1984 to 1986.

He was born into the royal family of Adegorushen where the present Ayangbure of Ikorodu, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Engr.) Kabir Adewale Shotobi and other eminent Ikorodu sons and daughters were also born.
Since his demise, overwhelming tributes from far and near have been pouring down with many people, especially the Ikorodu Community describing him as a gentle giant; exceptional manager of men and resources; leader per excellence; teacher of teachers; seasoned accountant and administrator; unequalled family man; committed community personality; principled personality and highly religious, among many other attributes.
