The hotel guests arrested and taken to the Gwarinpa Police Division have been asked to pay N500,000 as bail to secure their freedom, SaharaReporters further learnt from the victims.
Nigerian policemen led by the Divisional Police Officer of Gwarinpa in Abuja, Babale Hamza Galadima, who invaded Hotel VIMA in the 1st Avenue area of Gwarinpa, has released six of the people arrested during the raid.
SaharaReporters had reported that the policemen in a gestapo manner had invaded Hotel VIMA in the 1st Avenue area of Gwarinpa, arresting all occupants and destroying properties in the hotel.
SaharaReporters had obtained videos of the destruction left by the policemen during the incident which occurred on Sunday night at about 11:30pm.
The pictures and Close Circuit TV videos on Monday showed doors and room furniture destroyed by the policemen during the invasion.

Lamenting the development, the Manager of the hotel, who simply identified as Wayne said that all the staff of the hotel were still detained in the station as of 5:45pm on Monday.
However, a source told SaharaReporters on Tuesday that the Gwarinpa DPO had released about six people who paid, adding that the police station could not endure for police to be dragged online.
"So far Gwarinpa DPO has released about 6 people who paid. They could not endure for police to be dragged online.
"Yes those that paid for bail were through cash only, the transfer they accepted was through POS man in Gwarinpa Police Station. The rest (of the victims) paid cash," the source added.
