The Take-It-Back Movement has demanded the immediate and unconditional release of a Nigerian youth, Engineer Khalid Aminu, who was arrested by Operatives of the lawless Department of State Services (DSS) over a planned  #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria protest in Kaduna State.

Khalid was arrested on Thursday morning in Kaduna by the DSS officers according to an X user,  Yusuf.

Ysusf wrote:  “It has come to our notice has been arrested early this morning by the irresponsible agency DSS in Kaduna. A threat to one is a threat to all of us. Engr Khalid must be released immediately. We must #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria in our lifetime by all means. #FreeKhalid.”

Demanding Khalid’s release, TIB informed the Nigerian security operatives that no amount of threats would stop the citizens from staging public demonstrations slated to commence on 1st of August, 2024.

The group said, “We call for the immediate and unconditional release of arrested activist @KHALYD16  from  @OfficialDSSNG  Detention in Kaduna for championing the #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria protest. No amount of threat can deter the Nigerian people from exercising their constitutional right!”
