The #EndBadGovernancelnNigeria protesters in Ibadan, Oyo State capital, on Wednesday resumed the 10-day nationwide protest against hunger, hardship and perceived bad governance in Nigeria.

The peaceful protesters barricaded the Agbowo Road in the state capital amid heavy police presence.

Despite the arrival of the Oyo State Police Commissioner and his squad, the protesters vowed to continue to occupy the Agbowo Road, remaining steadfast in their fight for total emancipation.

The protesters, who assured the police commissioner that they would maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the protests, vowed to hand over any infiltrator who may attempt to cause violence in their midst to the police.

Angry Nigerians have been on the streets across the country since August 1, as they protest against hunger, hardship and bad governance in the country under President Bola Tinubu.
