According to a Court document dated August 6, obtained by SaharaReporters on Friday, Elvis Abuyere, the chief executive officer of Skyewise Group Limited, a car dealership company in Abuja, filed the suit.
Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh, and her bodyguard have been summoned by a magistrate court sitting in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, for alleged criminal trespass, force, and assault.
According to a Court document dated August 6, obtained by SaharaReporters on Friday, Elvis Abuyere, the chief executive officer of Skyewise Group Limited, a car dealership company in Abuja, filed the suit.
In the document, Emmanuel Iyanna, chief magistrate, ordered the actress and her bodyguard to appear before the court on August 21st to answer the charges levelled against them.
"WHEREAS your attendance is required to answer to a charge of Criminal Trespass (State the offence concisely with time and place) you are hereby summoned to appear in person before CMC at Wuse Zone 6 on the August 21st, 2024," the document added.
