The Kano State Police Command has said that its operatives have killed an armed robbery kingpin, Abba Bala Burakita, who has been on the Command's wanted list.

Making this known on X, the command said dangerous weapons, intoxicating substances, and stolen items were recovered from the suspects.

 

“Over the past three weeks, from 12th August to September 2nd, 2024, the Kano State Police Command has recorded significant successes, resulting in the arrest of a total of ninety-two (92) suspects including notorious kidnappers, armed robbers, drug dealers, motor vehicle thieves, motorcycle thieves, fraudsters, and the death of armed robbery kingpin; Abba Bala Burakita who has been on the Command's wanted list." 

 

“Also, dangerous weapons, intoxicating substances, and stolen items were recovered,” the command noted.
