Former presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) and renowned human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, is set to speak at the NBA Ikeja Human Rights Day 2025 Forum, an event focusing on Nigeria’s worsening insecurity and citizens’ right to safety.
The forum, organised by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Ikeja Branch Human Rights Committee, will hold on December 10, 2025, at the Bar Centre, NBA Ikeja Secretariat, starting 9:00 AM prompt.
Themed “Human Rights; Our Everyday Essentials – The Right to Safety & Security”, the discussion aims to confront the challenges of mass killings, violent crime, and the broader security crisis gripping Nigeria amid global uncertainties.
