U.S. President Donald Trump has used his Christmas message to launch a scathing attack on what he described as the “Radical Left Scum,” while boasting of economic growth, border restrictions and what he claimed were record security gains under his administration.
In a post shared on X on Christmas Day, Trump wrote, “Merry Christmas to all, including the Radical Left Scum that is doing everything possible to destroy our Country, but are failing badly.”

Trump further praised what he described as strong economic indicators, declaring, “What we do have is a Record Stock Market and 401K’s, Lowest Crime numbers in decades, No Inflation, and yesterday, a 4.3 GDP, two points better than expected.”
He also credited trade policies for economic gains, stating, “Tariffs have given us Trillions of Dollars in Growth and Prosperity, and the strongest National Security we have ever had.”
Trump insisted that the United States has regained global standing, adding, “We are respected again, perhaps like never before.”
He concluded the message with a patriotic sign-off: “God Bless America!!! President DJT.”
Last week, President Trump also delivered a year-end national address, a format he did not use during his first term in office and he started it by targeting the Biden administration before boasting about his government's achievements.
Trump started his speech by sharply criticizing former President Joe Biden, blaming him for inflation and immigration challenges. “I inherited a mess, and I’m fixing it,” he said, pointing to high inflation in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
He also accused the previous administration of leaving the US border “open,” claiming the country was being “invaded by 25 million people,” and blamed Democrats for what he described as “mayhem.”
He also said for the first time in 50 years the US is seeing a ‘reverse migration.’
Trump further claimed he had helped settle eight wars within ten months, a statement he has repeated publicly while advocating for and campaigning for a Nobel Peace Prize.
