$4.5 Million Found in the Cayman Island Secret bank account belonging to Dead Ex-Kwara State Governor , Mohammed Lawal

About $4.5million was found in a secret Cayman Island's bank account operated by former Kwara State Governor, Mohammed Alabi Lawal. The retired naval officer who was governor of Kwara state between 1999 and 2003 opened the secret account and deposited monies looted from the state coffers before his demise in November 2006.

 EFCC investigators also said the former governor was also found to be the owner of a multi-million dollars mansion in the suburbs of Washington DC, no immediate information is available to SaharaReporters as to the location of the pricey property.
