Re-Accusing Court of Appeal Judge of Corruption is Wrong

February 15, 2009

If it's true that this UZODINMA NWOSU has been reading  news posted on Saharareporters  then he wouldn't have made such baseless comments he made. Where was NWOSU when sSaharareporters praised Chief Gani Fawehinmi for rejecting the highly dishonored so called  National Honor the FGN wanted to decorate him with, what about Chief Chinua Achebe, what about Prof Wole Soyinka, What about stories about Nuhu Ribadu who fought corruption to a stand still in Nigeria?....anyway, Saharareporters is not composed of  "Pot-bellied-corrupt-officials-praise-singers" like we have in media houses in Nigeria. They are seasoned professionals with honor and integrity running in their veins as they discharged the duty destiny has bestowed on them.  For your information Mr. Nwosu, that Saharareporters has "few" readers only exist in your corruption infected imagination. There are few website visitors like you but we real readers are in millions.

I can't blame you because you have been paid to write something to divert the attention of genuine READERS (and not site visitors) into loosing confidence in the efforts of the entire crew of Saharareporters. For the record of fact, this same Saharareporters investigated and came out with the outcome of the Supreme Court judgment on Yar'adua's presidential election case, even before the judgment was delivered, yet everything came according to what was published on this website. No single newspaper or media house in Nigeria predicted that, yet the U.S-based Saharareporters came up with the FACTS and not FICTION as we have in the case of some of these wuru-wuru media houses whose all chief editors have been silenced by land allocations in Abuja...

Mr. Lecturer, UZODINMA Nwosu , you need not lecture us on what we already know. In election petition there must be a winner but this is not the case in Nigeria. The highest bidder gets the victory in most cases. And I don't even know what makes you believe that been a judge makes one immune to corruption. You are part of the system and that invariably, you have lost your sense of  reasoning (if you ever had one)  that just a group of so-called highly placed public officials of whom Court of Appeal Judge is one, are the ones mortgaging the future of our beloved country Nigeria, in the name of rule of law. The same rule of law that made EFCC and AGF dropped charges of corruption against Ibori, the-right-hand-man of president YEA-I-DO AM, while U.K still insists Ibori has a case to answer. What about the current EFCC chairperson Mercedez Benz jeep scandal?..The same rule of law has made someone who openly campaigned for Abacha presidency, as the foreign affairs minister of our nation and yet you, UZODINMA NWOSU wants saharareporters to sing praises of this corrupt officers. Nwosu..you simply can't get it right because when the passion of corruption comes upon someone, it makes him unreasonable and that is the present state in which you are.

No matter who has paid you to write bull shits against the  hard working saharareporters crew, tell them the best of investigative journalism is yet to be seen of saharareporters.
