It is not clear of Mr. Babalola's redeployment to a ministry known as the "Siberia" of Nigerian public ministries has anything to do with his recent outburst on the patently corrupt NNPC.
In another development, the current special duties minister, retired Navy Captain Omoniyi Caleb Olubolade has now moved to become the minister of state for the federal capital territory.
