In an ACN press statement signed by the Publicity Director of the Abiye Sekibo Campaign Organisation, Jerry Needam, they alleged that huge sums of money were shared by the PDP to Community Development Committee Chairmen and Secretaries of all Rivers Communities to influence voters to vote for the PDP.
This is an outright lie, another devilish attempt by the ACN in Rivers State to rubbish and tarnish the excellent reputation of the Governor and the PDP, a day to the commencement of the nationwide general elections.
It is very easy for everyone to see that the ACN is lying. How come there is no location of where the money was shared, who shared the money and how? ACN in Rivers State should please provide us with the names of these Chairmen and Secretaries that received the money. There is absolutely no truth in the allegation.
A few days ago, the Rivers State PDP Chairman, Chief G.U Ake raised an alarm over the evil machinations of the ACN geared towards inciting the people against the Government. He warned that, “the dangerous trend being employed by this tactless people in ACN are the tissues of lies being peddled almost on daily basis to incite Rivers people against their government that above all else has effectively managed and eliminated the crisis it inherited in 2007 by the activities of the ACN linchpins seeking to take over government.”
They obviously have nothing to offer to the people of Rivers State and are speechless and envious of the developmental strides of Governor Amaechi which is why they are using all sorts of evil, negative propaganda against Governor Amaechi and the PDP in the State.
The ACN in Rivers State knows that they stand no chance against the PDP in Rivers State whose performance in the past three years is unbeatable. Unfortunately, their gimmicks won’t work on the people, because these are people that have been through rough and horrible times as a result of the illicit, warmongering activities of the now spearheads of the ACN in Rivers State.
Rivers people can see, feel, touch and are proud to be part of the change brought by Governor Amaechi and the PDP and all he has achieved in less than four years as governor of Rivers State.
This latest attack is a clear indication that the ACN already knows their fate, they are losers and the people of Rivers State will never make the mistake of voting the wrong people into power.
