Lagos State: Lekki area-Accreditations were completed successfully. People are now lined up peacefully and orderly. Voting is about to commence. The total number of people accredited is 275. Number physically on the queue is 205.

In Imo State: Willie Amadi, a Special Adviser to the Imo State governor on Environment is going about Imo State with a cache of well armed mobile policemen. He was reported to have attempted to arrest a voter who was videoing events, which led to commotion and stopped voting in Aladimma.

In Akabo, the Finance Commissioner in Imo State came to polling units with armed mobile policemen mopping result sheets and taking to unknown places. INEC staff and voters are helpless.Benue State: At Owner occupier Housing estate on Abu King Shuluwa Road, Makurdi, accreditation is going on successfully. Voting about to start.

Delta State: Centerpoint is reporting shortage of ballot papers in Ethiope West LGA. Particulalry in Jesse, only 7,590 ballot bpapers are available but there 8,835 registered voters.

Angry youths in Orogun Ward 1 have set ablze a car suspected of belonging to ballot snatchers.

Sapele: No election materials in Ward 7 in Sapele LGA. Voters are getting restless.

Bauchi State: Shortage of ballot papers reported in Azare.
