Unknown gunmen last night continued their onslaught and terror in Gombe, killing a prominent businessman.
The unknown assailants killed one Baba Alhaji Baragu, a Gombe-based businessman. Mr. Baragu was described as a relative of an influential politician in Gombe State.
After shooting Mr. Baragu at close range, his killers seriously injured one of the victim’s associates before leaving. Mr. Baragu was left to die in a pool of his blood. The wounded associate was rushed to an undisclosed hospital in Gombe.
